Recent GVM projects include Mayakoba, a collection of the world’s finest luxury resorts situated on the southeastern shore of the Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, and Torre Espacio, a PEI Freed Cobb & Partners designed skyscraper located in Madrid, Spain.

Many of Benchmark’s projects follow the principles of New Urbanism, a design and development philosophy incorporating the community-oriented principles of traditional town and city planning.
